CTC Academy Middle School Students Perform “Willy Wonka Kids” for Packed House

On May 21st, Middle School students from CTC Academy’s Oakland Campus performed the musical, “Willy Wonka Kids,” for an auditorium filled with family and friends. Adapted from the original screenplay, the cast put on “Willy Wonka Kids” using their adaptive equipment like “switches” and voice synthesizers to “speak” the lines. The production was led by CTC music teacher, Gwen Rosenblatt, and an incredible team of CTC staff.

CTC Academy is a nonprofit organization – providing education and therapies for children with disabilities ages 18 months through 21 years of age while lending support to their families. The Oakland Campus serves students ages 7 – 21 in a bright, colorful, typical school setting.
