Policy and Regulation 5751 – Sexual Harassment of Students – is a mandated, adopted policy of the Board regarding a recently published Final Rule amending the Federal Title IX regulations regarding sexual harassment of students by school employees, other students, or third parties by The United States Department of Education (USDOE).

The CTC Academy is committed to the safety and well-being of its students and harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
